Pure bovine hydrolysed collagen (halaal certification) - a 6 month course in which the collagen first gets deposite into the joints - especially the knees - for the first three months, and then deposition in the hair, skin and nails occurs. For those over 60 a daily supplement of cartilage will help maintain good joint function and provide the body with building blocks for sustained rejuvenation.

Two capsules are taken just before bed in the evenings if taking the 6 month supplement. One can be taken at night if constant intake is desired.

Purelogical Serum
